Before you get in touch

You can tell Tesco by calling the Clubcard team or with their short account closure form. Have the person's Clubcard number and address ready. If they had a Clubcard Christmas Savers account, Tesco will ask for proof such as a Grant of Probate. Any money due from it is held for whoever inherits it, as part of the estate.
