Before you get in touch

Virgin Points can move to another account if the person who passed away left them in their will. Virgin will ask for a copy of the death certificate and the will. The transfer can't be disputed. Flying Club also needs a signed letter from the executor. Use the Virgin Red member support form for this, or to close the account.
