Before you get in touch

Waitrose has no special process for when someone passes away, so the best route is to call Customer Service and ask them to close the My Waitrose membership and any waitrose.com account. Have the person's name, address and email ready. Any vouchers or benefits not used before the account closes will be lost, so check for them first.

Other shopping and loyalty points
