Before you get in touch

For Tesco car or home insurance, the next of kin can tell them by phone or by post. Cover usually stays in place for a while so you can talk about options. Tesco Life Insurance claims are handled by Aviva, and you can start one online. Have the person's policy number and the death certificate to hand if you can.
