Before you get in touch

You can tell Simplyhealth using their online bereavement form. They cancel the plan from the day after the person passed away and confirm it in writing. If the plan was paid through a pension, tell the pension provider too. If the person was in hospital, there may be a hospital benefit to claim, and the bereavement team can check.
