Before you get in touch

English Heritage has no separate process for when someone passes away, so the best route is to call Customer Services and ask them to cancel the membership. Have the membership number and the person's name and address ready. Membership fees are not usually refunded. If you shared a joint membership, ask about keeping it in your own name.
