A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

The Club has no separate process for when someone passes away, so the best route is to call the membership line. Have the membership number and the person's name and address ready. If you were a joint or family member, the team can change the membership so you can keep it. Ask them about any campsite bookings too.

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
