Before you get in touch

The RSPB has no separate process for when someone passes away, so contact the membership team by phone or email. Have the membership number and the person's name and address ready. If you'd like to give in the person's memory, or the will leaves a gift to the RSPB, there is a separate Legacy and In Memory team.

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
