The letter

Before you get in touch

To cancel, write to the person's home gym, by email or in person, and say the member has passed away. Nuffield Health will cancel the membership straight away when it gets official notice of the death, for example from the executor or the bank. It will also refund any fees paid for the rest of the contract.
