No bereavement line that we could find

We looked for a bereavement contact for Zoho Mail and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

You can email Zoho Mail's support team to close an account for the person who passed away. Have the account email address ready. There's no separate bereavement line, so their normal support team will help you.
