AOL bereavement contacts

No bereavement line that we could find

We looked for a bereavement contact for AOL and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

AOL's process for someone who has passed away only covers accounts in the United States. They say they won't reply about accounts from other countries. If the person paid for an AOL service, the simplest step is asking their bank or card provider to stop the payments. Note the email address in case you need it later.
