Before you get in touch

Deliveroo has no set process for when someone passes away, and no phone line. If the person paid for Deliveroo Plus, that payment keeps going until it is cancelled. You can ask the Customer Care team to cancel it and close the account through the contact form on their website. Give the email address on the account.
