A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

Discord cannot give you access or pass on messages, and it does not keep memorial accounts. If you can sign in, delete the account in settings. Otherwise send a request with a death certificate, proof of your relationship and your photo ID. Accounts left unused for 2 years may be deleted anyway.
