Before you get in touch

Vinted has no set process for when someone passes away, and no phone line. If there are open orders or money in the person's Vinted balance, try to finish the orders and withdraw the money first. It can't be reached once the account is closed. For help closing the account, use the contact button in the Vinted Help Centre.
