Before you get in touch

Steam has no set process for when someone passes away, and its terms say an account and its games can't be passed on. If you want the account closed, use Steam Support's 'Help, I can't sign in' route and explain what has happened. It helps to have the account email address and any purchase receipts. There is no phone line.
