Before you get in touch

The simplest route is to tell the person's St. James's Place adviser, who they call a Partner. You can also call the Administration Centre, write to them, or use the Death Notification Service to tell several firms at once. They will ask if the death has been registered, so it helps to have the death certificate ready.
