Before you get in touch

Their Specialist Team takes calls and chat from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but the number is not published. To close a main card account, send a copy of the death certificate and their Bereavement Notification form. If the account is more than £1,000 in credit, they also need the will and Grant of Probate.

Other investments, credit and credit files
