Before you get in touch

For abrdn funds, unit trusts and OEICs, you'll need to tell them in writing by post. Send the death certificate with a short letter giving the account number, the person's name and address, and your contact details. They post documents back within a day. Once they have the certificate, you can book a call with their bereavement team.
