Before you get in touch

SMARTY has no phone line. Email a copy of the death certificate, and they aim to reply within a day. They can close the account but cannot move it into another name.

Other phone, broadband and mobile

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
