Before you get in touch

iD Mobile has no phone line. Use Live Chat and type 'Bereavement', or email the death certificate with their name and mobile number. Payments are paused for 21 days, and early exit fees are dropped. The account cannot be moved into someone else's name.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against iD Mobile's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.

Other phone, broadband and mobile

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
