Before you get in touch

You do not need a death certificate to close a pay-as-you-go account, but you do for a contract or to move a number. Send a photo of the SIM card numbers, and the executor's bank details for any refund. Closure fees are waived.

Other phone, broadband and mobile

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
