Before you get in touch

There is no bereavement phone line, so use chat or the contact form. They can move the account to someone in the same home or close it. They need to see the death certificate either way.

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
