No bereavement line that we could find

We looked for a bereavement contact for Sky and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

Sky asks you to call or message them. They can move the account to next of kin or a partner, or cancel it. Sky Mobile uses the same process.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against Sky's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
