The letter

Before you get in touch

You can tell Quilter's bereavement team with their online form, by phone or by email. They will ask for the person's name, date of death and account number. Without the account number, their date of birth and full address will do. They will send you a bereavement pack and aim to reply within five to ten working days.

Other investments, credit and credit files

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
