We looked for a bereavement contact for Plusnet and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

Plusnet asks you to call its customer team to cancel or move the account. Anyone can ask to cancel, but only close family can take the account over. There is no online form or email.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against Plusnet's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
