Before you get in touch

If the person who passed away had a pet registered with Petlog, the microchip record needs to move to whoever now looks after it. Usually the old keeper starts this in their online account. As that isn't possible after a death, call Petlog and they'll advise you. If the pet has also passed away, the keeper's record can be closed.
