Before you get in touch

If the person who passed away had a mortgage or homeowner loan with Pepper Money, call or email them to let them know. They will usually ask for a copy of the death certificate and guide you through the next steps. Keep paying the mortgage while you decide what to do, and talk to them if that is hard.
