No bereavement line that we could find

We looked for a bereavement contact for National Express and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

If the person who passed away had a coach ticket, you can manage it through their National Express account if you can get into it. A Fully Flexible ticket can be refunded if it's cancelled at least 24 hours before travel. Most other tickets can't be refunded. If the trip is in the next two days, call the contact centre.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against National Express's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
