A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

If the person who passed away had an easyJet flight booked, you can ask for a full or partial refund. Use their online form and choose the bereavement refund. You'll need the booking reference and a copy of the death certificate. They aim to deal with it within 7 days. If a travel agent booked it, contact them instead.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against easyJet's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
