Before you get in touch

If the person who passed away had a Jet2 holiday booked, call the Jet2holidays team and tell them straight away that you're calling about a death. Have the booking reference and the person's details ready. They may ask for a copy of the death certificate. It's also worth checking whether there was travel insurance that covers cancelling.

Other travel
