Before you get in touch

Lightyear has no phone line, so you tell them by email. If you're not sure the person had an account, send their full name and contact details and they will check. You'll need a copy of the death certificate, proof you can deal with the estate such as probate or the will, and a photo of you with your ID.

Other investments, credit and credit files

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
