Before you get in touch

Kensington suggest you call first. They will need an original or certified copy of the death certificate, by post or email. Interim and coroner's certificates are fine. They waive the early repayment fee after a death, but a small exit fee still applies. Payments still need to be made, so talk to them if that is hard.
