Grattan does not list a separate bereavement line, so this is their main number. Tell them someone has passed away and they will pass you to the right team.

A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

You can call Grattan's customer service team to close the person's account. It helps to have their name, address and account details ready. Charges may keep running until the account is closed, so it's worth calling as soon as you can.
