Hobbycraft Club does not list a separate bereavement line, so this is their main number. Tell them someone has passed away and they will pass you to the right team.

Before you get in touch

You can call Hobbycraft's customer team to ask about an account or the free Hobbycraft Club. They don't publish a special bereavement process, so the main customer service line is the way to get help.
