Before you get in touch

Email their full name, date of birth and account email if you know it, with a copy of the death certificate. Freetrade must see the death certificate before sharing any details. Later they need probate papers, ID for the executors and a recent bank statement.

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
