We looked for a bereavement contact for Xbox Game Pass and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

Game Pass runs on a Microsoft account. If you know the sign-in details, close the account yourself, and it can be reopened for 60 days. If not, stop the subscription by cancelling the bank card or payment it uses.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against Xbox Game Pass's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
