We looked for a bereavement contact for Audible and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

Audible does not publish a bereavement process. Sign in and cancel the membership from the account page. If it was paid through Apple or Google Play, cancel it there. Unused credits are lost when the membership ends, but bought audiobooks stay.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against Audible's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
