Microsoft 365 bereavement contacts

No bereavement line that we could find

We looked for a bereavement contact for Microsoft 365 and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

Microsoft says you do not need to tell it about a death. If you know the sign-in details, close the account yourself, and it can be reopened for 60 days. If you cannot get in, stop the subscription by cancelling the bank card or payment it uses.
