Before you get in touch

Wise has no phone line for this, so you tell their bereavement team by email. Send a clear scan of the death certificate, ID for each executor or next of kin, and a copy of the will if there is one. Please don't post them your only original certificate. Probate is only needed later, when the money is paid out.
