Toob does not list a separate bereavement line, so this is their main number. Tell them someone has passed away and they will pass you to the right team.

A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

You can call Toob to close a broadband account for the person who passed away. Have the account holder's name and address ready. There's no separate bereavement line, so their normal customer team will help you.

Other phone, broadband and mobile
