The letter

Before you get in touch

If you are the executor, you can tell Tandem by phone or email. They will ask for a certified copy of the death certificate and proof of ID and address for every executor. To close the account, you'll also need probate or letters of administration and a letter signed by all executors. They pay out by bank transfer only.

Other banks
