Before you get in touch

Before you book a funeral director, find the plan paperwork and call Pure Cremation. Their line is open day and night, with a separate free number in Scotland. They carry out the cremation themselves, so you don't need another funeral director. It helps to have the plan number and the person's full name and address ready.

Other funeral plans

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
