Before you get in touch

Before you book a funeral director, look for the plan paperwork. The folder names the funeral director chosen for the plan, and you call them with the plan number. They will then arrange the funeral. If you can't find the paperwork, call Golden Charter.

Other funeral plans

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
