Before you get in touch

Before you book a funeral director, find the plan paperwork and call Avalon's bereavement team, who answer day and night. They will confirm the person's details, and the plan number helps. They can tell you exactly what the plan covers. Avalon is now part of Golden Leaves, and existing plans are still valid.

Other funeral plans

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
