A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

You can call Onestream to tell them what's happened, and they'll help you close or manage the account. It helps to have the account details and the person's name and address ready. Charges keep running until the account is closed, so it's worth calling when you're ready.

Other phone, broadband and mobile
