Before you get in touch

The quickest way to tell Kroo is their online bereavement form, and a specialist will contact you within one or two working days. You can also call or email. They will ask for the death certificate, your ID and proof of how you are related. If the balance is £10,000 or more, you'll need probate or letters of administration.
