A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

You can call ForHousing's Customer Connect Hub or email them to let them know. Have the person's name and address ready. Their team can help you understand what happens next with the tenancy and answer any questions you have.
