The number depends on the policy. This number is for policies that do not start with PR, and PR policies use 0370 240 0073. The online form is the quickest way, and they need the original death certificate.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against Zurich's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
