A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

YouTube Premium is tied to the person's Google Account. Close family can ask Google to close the account or get data from it. Ask for the data first, as it cannot be handed over after closing. If it was started on an iPhone, Apple bills it and it must be cancelled there.
