Before you get in touch

You can tell Utilita by live chat, email or phone, or use the free Settld form they work with. Have your own details ready, plus the executor's or solicitor's details if there is one. If you are next of kin and no probate is planned, they can refund any credit on the account once you send an indemnity form.
